Convection Ovens
- All convection ovens have an option for glass doors, casters, or extra oven racking
- Either single deck or double deck has the ability to be electric or gas.
- Both options come with standard oven depth or bakery depth.
Ranges
All ranges have the option to add adjustable griddles in 12 inch increments. All Ranges also have the option to add casters for $125.00 per four wheels and a quick disconnect for LP or Natural Gas for $159.00.

Microwave Ovens
Fryers
- Thermostatically controlled to adjust from 200° F to 400° F
- The oil capacity is 35lbs–50lbs
- Includes 3 burners
- Fryers have the option for LP or Natural gas and the option to add castors for $125 for 4 wheels.
